Technically speaking County Line Malibu Inc is a soon-to-be California non-profit organization designed to raise money to support local events and services that benefit those in our community who need help. Like Bob, he really needs help, he’s whack. And Ben, he thinks he can surf but man, he just can’t, so someone needs to get him lessons.
